Maple Lawn

Overview:

Maple Lawn is a sparking clean and tastefully decorated two bed and one bath home. It is secluded and has a beautiful lawn and play set for your children, and a porch for your de-stressing needs. We can ensure your stay will be a relaxing one. Our rental is forty minutes from Cincinnati and twenty minutes from Perfect North ski resort.

We have a kitchen equipped for basic cooking and baking, and a spacious dining and living area. There is one bedroom with a queen sized bed, one bedroom with a full size bed, and there is a sleeper sofa in the living room that provides one more bed. One full bathroom with a washer and dryer, and a spacious porch round out the cottage.

If your check-out date falls on a Sunday, we offer free 6:00 PM Sunday checkout. It's our way of saying thank you.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

• We kindly ask that there are no fireworks, loud music, or rowdy behavior.

• Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.

• Please be aware you will be charged 10% of the total trip at booking and the remaining 90% will be charged to the card on file, thirty days before check-in.

• Please note that GPS may lead you to the neighbor's house. Kindly look for the mailbox with the property name and address clearly written on it.

• Absolutely no pets. If a pet is discovered, there will be a $250 upcharge.
