Our home offers a master suite with an attached bathroom and a queen-sized bed, and two other bedrooms with queen-sized beds as well. There is another full bathroom, a laundry room, and a spacious, furnished kitchen filled with windows and natural lighting. The well-appointed living room is comfortably furnished and is the perfect place for relaxing and unwinding. We are 30 minutes from historic Wellsboro, just minutes from Hammond Lake Recreation area, and 20 minutes from Cowanesque Lake.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

• We kindly ask that there be no fireworks, loud music, rowdy behavior, or hunting on the premises.

• Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.

• Please be aware you will be charged 10% of the total trip at booking and the remaining 90% will be charged to the card on file, thirty days before check-in.

• Absolutely no pets. If a pet is discovered, there will be a $250 upcharge.
