On the main level, there is a fully furnished kitchen, a dining room, a cozy living room with a fireplace (bring your own wood), a master bedroom/bathroom, another bedroom with two single beds, and a full bath. Upstairs there is a bedroom with two queen beds, a full bathroom, and a spacious play and reading area. Outside you'll find a spacious yard and a lovely patio area with a fire pit for gathering outside. We are located only a few miles from the city of Grayson.

We kindly ask that there are no fireworks, loud music, or rowdy behavior.
Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.
Please be aware you will be charged 10% of the total trip at booking and the remaining 90% will be charged to the card on file, thirty days before check-in.
Absolutely no pets. If a pet is discovered, there will be a $250 upcharge.
